I truly enjoyed my stay with a clean and comfortable room paired with excellent service from the friendly staff, which made exploring the beautiful Adelaide Botanic Garden just a 15-minute walk away feel even more inviting and satisfying, especially with so many delightful dining options just around the corner.

Good value for a brief stay in Adelaide, perfect for a quick break. The towels were replaced daily. Choose a room high up for less noise.

Wi-Fi access was free, although it could be a bit inconsistent at times. Customer service was commendable, making the experience even better. However, the pool area felt a bit cold, and laps were limited due to its shallow depth.

our stay at oaks was so relaxing! the views were stunning. it’s super close to the hospital, which made visiting family easy. we loved being just a short walk to the mall. the staff were friendly and really accommodating, especially when they helped with the laundry service.

Loved the spacious Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with a comfy bed and a balcony perfect for chilling out. The staff were super friendly too, making our whole experience warm and inviting!

However, the shower was a bit of a letdown with a screen too small and lukewarm water. Had some issues with cleaning products in the bathroom, leaving towels damp and unusable, and the room key kept needing a re-code.

I enjoyed a three-night stay here with my family. The spacious Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The on-site breakfast café offered delicious options each morning, which made our mornings special. I highly recommend trying the pancakes!

I found the apartment to be spacious with modern amenities. Having a kitchen made meal prep easy. The location worked for me, being close to various restaurants and attractions, which was a plus as I enjoy exploring new places. One downside was learning the apartment was not serviced upon check-in. This was unexpected, especially since I never received guidance on the unit's issues.

The check-in process could have been clearer. The dishwasher leaked, and I was not informed at first.

The staff were attentive. They replaced our broken toaster right away and the showers had just the right amount of hot water. Plus, having a washer/dryer in the room was huge for fresh clothes after a long trip.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, for what we got, it was acceptable.
